SIT DOWN DINNER

Cocktail Reception:
Hors D’oeuvres passed Butler Style
Sliced Lamb with Sweet Honey Mustard & Horseradish dipping sauce served on rye squares
Smoked Salmon, Sour Cream & Chives served on mini baguette slices

Dinner:
Winter Garden Vegetable Soup
Fresh-baked sliced bread served with fresh-cream whipped butter

Salad
Mixed greens topped with apple slices, crumbled gorgonzola cheese, drizzled with Raspberry Vinaigrette
Pasta Primavera
Fresh vegetable medley mixed in a light Alfredo style sauce, over angel-hair pasta
Mahi-Mahi
Grilled Mahi-Mahi with Mango-Chutney Salsa
Served with julienned vegetables
Filet Mignon
Grilled Filet Mignon topped with a Sherry Mushroom sauce
Served with String Beans in bacon and onion sauce

Sorbet
To cleanse the palate, a small scoop of flavored sorbet

Dessert Buffet:
Assorted mini-pastries & cheesecake-bites, petite fours and chocolate covered strawberries

Bar Service:
Full service open bar featuring beer, wine, mixed drinks, sodas, water

Seasonal vegetables including carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, peppers (yellow, orange and red) and two dipping sauces;
Cubed Swiss, Cheddar, Colby, Pepper Jack served with gourmet crackers;
Sliced Johnsonville Summer Sausage

Dinner:
Served family style

A plate of mixed greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and croutons served with two dressings – Ranch and Raspberry Vinaigrette
