Cheese & Sausage Display
Assorted Wisconsin cheese and hard salami served with gourmet crackers and
Sweet Sophie’s own Honey Mustard Horseradish Sauce

Crudités Tray
Raw seasonal vegetables including carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini,
peppers (yellow, orange and red) and dipping sauce

Marinated Green & Black Olives

DINNER:
Served as pre-plated meals
Bread Rolls
with plates of fresh-cream butter pats
Salad
Garden salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and croutons will be brought to each guest;
Ranch and Raspberry Vinaigrette will be on the tables for guests to choose from

Beef Tenderloin & Stuffed Chicken Breast
A 6oz portion of juicy beef tenderloin
paired with a 1⁄2 chicken breast stuffed with cranberry, wild rice stuffing

Stuffed Bell Peppers (for the vegetarians)
Roasted Baby Red Potatoes
With Rosemary, Garlic seasoning
Sautéed Vegetables
To include zucchini, squash, mushrooms, peppers, etc. in a butter, garlic chardonnay sauce

KIDS MEALS
As salad is served to the adults, the children will receive applesauce & strawberries
Chicken Fingers & Fries will be served to the children as their main entree
