COCKTAIL RECEPTION:
Served on buffet tables
Cheese & Sausage Display
An assortment of Wisconsin Cheese and Summer Sausage served with gourmet crackers and
Sweet Sophie’s Honey Mustard Horseradish Sauce

Crudités Display
Seasonal vegetables served raw with dipping sauce
Fruit Boat
Seasonal fresh fruits will be displayed in a carved out watermelon

DINNER:
Plated meals served in the Hall

Southern Biscuits
with plates of fresh-cream butter pats
Salad
Mixed greens with red onions and grape tomatoes tossed in our Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette, topped with shaved parmesan cheese – decorated with edible orchid flower

Entrees:
Orange Roughy with Citrus Sauce
Baked with fresh herbs and lemon, lime & orange juices (done a bit on the “sweeter” side)
Fried Cod
Served with fresh tartar and cocktail sauce and a lemon wedge.
Grilled Rib-Eye
Served with caramelized mushrooms and onions
All dishes served with:

Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes
(baked with cream, butter and cheese, sprinkled with paprika)
~and~
Mixed Vegetable Medley
Seasonal mix to include peppers, mushrooms, beans and broccoli –
seasoned with Rosemary, Garlic, Butter and Chardonnay

DESSERT:
Served at a buffet table in the Hall
Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Assorted Mini Cheesecake Bites & Brownie Bites
Wedding Cake
Cookies
Later in the evening, we will pass around fresh, warm, out-of-the-over cookies
