Cocktail Reception:
Served at buffet tables
Crudités, Cheese & Sausage display
Seasonal vegetables including carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, peppers (yellow, orange and red) and two dipping sauces;
Cubed Swiss, Cheddar, Colby, Pepper Jack served with gourmet crackers;
Sliced Johnsonville Summer Sausage

Dinner:
Served family style
Salad
A plate of mixed greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and croutons
served with two dressings – Ranch and Raspberry Vinaigrette
Bread
Fresh-baked sliced bread baskets on each table with plates of fresh-cream butter pats
