COCKTAIL RECEPTION:
Roma Tomato Bruschetta
Served on toasted garlic rounds
Bacon-wrapped Water Chestnuts
Dipped in our own sweet BBQ sauce
Stuffed Mushrooms
Mushroom caps filled with a sweet herbed cream, topped with shaved almonds
DINNER:
Bread Rolls
with plates of sweet-cream butter pats
Salad
A garden salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and croutons
will be brought to each guest. Raspberry Vinaigrette and Ranch dressings
will
be offered at each table
DINNER BUFFET:
Prime Rib Carving Station
Carved by our chef, right onto guests plates. Will be prepared medium.
Horseradish sauce will be available for guests.
Parmesan-baked Chicken
Boneless breast of chicken seasoned and baked with Parmesan Cheese, served
with Spanish Onion, Tomato and Basil topping
Rosemary Roasted Baby Red Potatoes
Vegetable Medley
A mix of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, tossed in a light chardonnay
butter sauce
KIDS MEALS:
During your Salad course, the children will receive
applesauce & strawberries
For their main entrée they will get Chicken Fingers with Macaroni & Cheese
DESSERT:
Wedding Cake
LATE SNACK:
With an hour or so left to your reception, we will pass warm, fresh-out-of-the-oven
cookies butler style to your guests. We will feature Chocolate Chip
and Snickerdoodles.
