BUFFET-STYLE WEDDING RECEPTION
at The Hall at Sweet Sophie's


Cocktail Reception:

Cheese & Sausage Display
Assorted Wisconsin cheese and hard salami
served with Sweet Sophie’s own Honey Mustard Horseradish Sauce
Smoked Salmon
The whole fish is seasoned and baked on a cedar plank;
served whole with toast points, capers, onions, peppers, chopped tomatoes and crumbled cream cheese
Swedish Meatballs
Cocktail meatballs in Swedish style gravy

Dinner:

Bread
Baskets of fresh-baked sliced bread will be on each table
with plates of fresh-cream butter pats
Chicken Tortilla Soup
Recipe from the Bride’s Mom – served with bowls of tortilla chips on each table
Salad
Mixed greens with fresh mozzarella, onions and tomatoes
sprinkled with Balsamic Vinaigrette

On The Buffet:

Stuffed Chicken Breast
Chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto, basil and Monterey Jack cheese,
wrapped with bacon and baked
Pork & Veggie Kabobs
Marinated chunks of pork grilled with chunks of seasonal veggies.
Vegetable Medley
Seasonal mix of veggies sautéed in a light butter Chardonnay sauce.
