Selections passed butler style by our staff

Fried cornmeal pastries with a chipotle dipping sauce

Fruit & Cheese Skewers
Chunks of fresh fruit and WI cheese (white & yellow cheddar) skewered with frilly toothpicks

Roma Tomato Bruschetta
Chopped Tomato Salad on toasted garlic rounds


DINNER:
Bread Rolls (assorted flavors)

with plates of fresh-cream butter pats

Pineapple & Strawberry over Baby Spinach Salad
Topped with nuts and Mango Vinaigrette

DINNER BUFFET
Guests will be able to help themselves to the following buffet, served by our staff:

Grilled Chicken with Mango Salsa
A boneless chicken breast grilled and topped with this zippy, not spicy, fresh fruit salsa

Sliced London Broil
Served with sautéed mushrooms and onions on the side

Cheese Raviolis in a Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Baked Potatoes
With fixin’s on the side to include sour cream, chives, shredded cheddar, butter

Mixed Summer Vegetables
To include summer squash, peppers, mushrooms, etc.
