Garden Salad
A plate of mixed greens with tomatoes, cucumbers and croutons will
be brought to each guest. Two dressings will be on each table
for guests to help themselves

Country-Style
BBQ Ribs
Our Country-style ribs doused in our own “liquored-up” bbq
sauce
Served with garlic-whipped mashed potatoes

Parmesan-baked Chicken
A boneless, seasoned chicken breast baked with parmesan cheese,
served with a Spanish Onion, Tomato and Basil topping
Served with Rosemary Roasted baby red potatoes

Portabella Mushroom Pasta
A vegetarian option
KID MEALS
Instead of salads, children will receive a plate of nachos
with mild cheese sauce
They will receive Chicken Fingers and Mac & Cheese for
their main entree
