COCKTAIL RECEPTION:
Fancy Cheese Display
To include an assortment of cheeses as well as
fresh sliced french bread, Garlic Toast, gourmet crackers;
Sliced salami, sliced pepperoni;
Spinach & Artichoke dip with homemade tortilla chips

DINNER:
Bread Rolls
with plates of fresh-cream butter pats
Salad
A garden salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumbers & croutons will be brought to each guest.
Two dressings – Ranch and Raspberry Vinaigrette - will be on each table for guests to help themselves to

DINNER ENTREES:
Plated meals -
Chicken Kabobs
Chunks of white-meat chicken are marinated, skewered with fresh seasonal vegetables and grilled over an open flame
Served with Wild Rice Pilaf & Roasted Corn Salsa
Cranberry Apple-stuffed Pork
Pork tenderloin stuffed with a cranberry and apple stuffing
Served with Twice-baked Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Corn Salsa
Pasta Primavera (Vegetarian)
Roasted summer vegetables served over tri-colored pasta spirals
in a light garlic-infused oil-based sauce

KIDS MEALS
As salad is served to the adults, the children will receive plates of Nachos
Chicken Fingers and Mac & Cheese will be served to the children as their main entrée
